We’ve all played the standard drinking games: flip cup, beer pong, kings, etc. And they all revolve around the same tools such as cards, dice, solo cups and ping pong balls.
But not all drinking games revolve around those items. In fact, there’s a bunch of great drinking games available on Amazon that you’ve probably never played before that can provide hours and hours of entertainment.
A fully-stocked home bar isn’t just about having the right liquors available– it’s about having the right tools available, and that now includes games too.
Consider grabbing a few new games on Amazon in order to keep things interesting the next time you have people over. Here are our staff’s favorites:
Drinko
Of all the drinking games that involve shots, Drinko might be our favorite. It’s exactly like the famous game Plinko from The Price Is Right. But instead of winning prizes depending on where the chips land, you get to take a shot! It’s a very easy, laid back game to play that takes absolutely no skill whatsoever. If you’re looking for a casual game to play, Drinko is the best. If you want to play for a while, taking straight shots is probably not a long-term strategy. Instead, try any of these delicious vodka shooters!

Russian Roulette (aka Shot Glass Roulette)
Shot Glass Roulette is another shot-based drinking game you can find on Amazon. This time, it’s add a drinking spin to the common casino table game known as roulette. There are a number of ways to play this, and it’s definitely a game a gambler could enjoy. Again, taking straight shots is not a very safe long-term strategy. Instead, try our staff’s favorite vodka shooters!
Don’t Drink And Drive
Don’t Drink And Drive is a game that combines the #1 rule of drinking — never drink and drive — with a childhood favorite video game, Mario Kart.
The rules are simple– you must finish your beer before you finish the race. The catch is, your player cannot be moving while you’re drinking your beer. So while your player is resetting after falling off the map or while your player is stopped on the map are the only times you can drink. It’s very strategic!
Mario Kart can be found for the Switch, Nintendo DS as well as good ol’ Nintendo 64.
Tipsy Tower
Tipsy Tower combines Jengo and Kings into one amazing game. You play just like Jengo, removing one block each turn until someone removes a block that makes the tower fall, and that person loses. But on top of that, each block has a rule written on it — such as make a rule, waterfall, etc — that enhances this into a top-tier drinking game, especially for parties. It’s unique in that you can play over and over again yet it rarely gets old since each game is unique and challenging.
Drink or Dare
Drink-or-Dare is a great card game that combines the classic game of Truth-or-Dare into an organized card game that ingeniously involves alcohol. It’s pre-written dares makes it easier and less stressful to come up with dares– simply follow along with the dares chosen. Or don’t, and drink instead! It’s really a win-win situation if you ask us.
